Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar field. Higher degrees or advanced certifications in production or manufacturing management may be preferred.
Experience: Significant experience in the polymer industry, preferably in polymer production processes.
Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of polymer manufacturing processes and associated chemical processes.
Knowledge of processes and equipment: Thorough knowledge of equipment used in the polymer industry and the ability to improve production processes.
