Senior Network Engineer

• Implement IT operational standards across ADAA g to achieve maximum efficiencies and synergies

in IT operations.

• Develop and communicate IT policies, procedures and operational standards for IT Infrastructure

in accordance with industry’s best practices and implement across ADAA to achieve maximum

efficiencies and synergies in IT applications.

Network Infrastructure:

• Design and implement the network connectivity to ensure secure users’ accessibility from inside

and outside ADAA network for continuity of work and connection to systems, subscriptions, e-mail

and the Internet.

• Design and develop network infrastructure and ensure continuous update in accordance with the

IT policies, procedures, industry’s standards, and best practices to support IT business continuity

in an efficient and effective manner.

• Prepare network related infrastructure technical scope of work document in accordance with IT

international best practices to ensure applicability when procuring network related IT

infrastructure.

• Carry out the design of IT systems including, routers, phones, IP Phones, active data network,

converged infrastructure, remote connectivity, and all associated hardware to ensure

uninterrupted operations and services.

• Lead network assessment projects and provide oversight for team members in the development

and presentation of findings and recommendations.

• Supervise network delivery services including user complaints to ensure complaints are logged and

resolved.
