Job Description
Education and Qualifications: Holds a bachelor’s degree in a medical field or health administration. Advanced degrees in health care administration or insurance may be beneficial.
Experience: Practical experience in the field of medical insurance, especially in monitoring, evaluation and management of medical services. Working in healthcare or medical insurance companies is an advantage.
Health insurance knowledge: A deep understanding of the health insurance system, medical policies, financial procedures, and laws related to medical insurance.
Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
