Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Chief Mechanic/Senior Mechanic.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of onshore oil and gas equipment, including pumps, compressors, generators, and other machinery.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and often challenging environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call when necessary.
