Senior Manager - Landside Urban Planning

REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor or Master of Science (MSc) in Urban Planning, Architecture or Civil Engineering, or • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Urban Planning and Project Management experience • Expert knowledge of airport/urban/environmental planning practices and procedures, with a strong background in Master Planning and other related planning studies. • Expert knowledge of urban planning and design standards, circulars and recommended practices as well as other international and local regulatory standards to ensure project compliance with national laws. • Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS and/or other urban planning, design and/or simulation applications. • Previous experience with Abu Dhabi regulatory authorities, such as the Department of Municipalities and Transport rules and guidelines is beneficial • Strong analytical, presentation and writing skills
