- Drive the development of the DTI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy of the organization.
- Oversee and continuously improve the portfolio management processes, including tools and templates which support both waterfall and agile project delivery and drives adoption of lean portfolio management principles.
- Work directly with the business’s leadership, executives, and stakeholders to identify, align, and develop the high priority strategic initiatives roadmap. In line with Lean Portfolio Management principles, overseeing periodic reviews.
- Track the overall progress against the Digital, Technology, Innovation strategy,
- Support the various Digital Technology and Innovation leaders in the development of their departmental strategies.
