- Establish and maintain strong relationships with VIPs to understand their requirements and provide tailored IT solutions.
- End User Services Quality Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the quality of end-user services.
- Define service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service delivery.
