Senior Manager Consulting - Workforce Transformation

One of our esteemed clients from the Big4 Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager Workforce Transformation to be based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

As a Senior Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all including quieter members of the team
• Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations
  Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels
• Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop and discuss potential solutions even beforethe stakeholder realises they are required
• Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism
• Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart
• Navigate the complexities of crossborder and/or diverse teams and engagements
• Initiate and lead open conversations with teams clients and stakeholders to build trust
• Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct

Qualifications:

• 10 12 years of relevant experience of working on human capital problems
  within a consulting environment ideally with one of the Big 4 firms a HR consultancy or a global strategy house or in a challenging inhouse role
• Excellent organizational skills having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Proven IT skills in the following programs excel word and PowerPoint
• The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project requirements dictate
• Exposure to data gathering techniques and analysis and reporting insights in a clear and effective way is desirable
• Ability to evaluate and manage our clients unique challenges in order to ensure we can maximize their return on the overall investment in human capital
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human Resources Business Administration or Psychology
• The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role CIPD GPHR SHRM or equivalent is preferred
