• To acquire new customers and serve existing customers by utilizing ADCB’s offerings to achieve set goals and contribute to the profitability of the department
• Support in engaging and building strong synergies with various internal and external channels in order to develop robust acquisition strategies in identifying potential New Bank (NTB)
• Drive internal and external referral system in order to generate new private banking clients
• Attract new customers to the bank and leverage customer service synergies in order to achieve set objectives and contribute to the profitability of the department
• Providing daily bank services in order to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Provide high quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage the delivery of a smooth relationship to the Relationship Manager in Private Banking and work closely with them when needed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback to internal specialists on product solutions in order to support the development of effective wealth management solutions for clients
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively interact with internal resources in order to provide product solutions to customers
• Meet quality standards, reduce errors in executing transactions and providing services, and comply with all relevant regulations, policies and guidelines in order to protect the bank from all credit, legal, reputational, and other risks.
• Maintain vigil on your Know Your Customer (KYC) / Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance while onboarding new clients
• Ensure up-to-date compliance, KYC and client file for each client, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, standard operating procedures and instructions relevant to the organization and management so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while providing the required level of service to customers and stakeholders
• Self-manage in accordance with the Bank's people management policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance and maximize our own contribution to business performance
• Embodying our promise and applying ADCB service standards to deliver the required levels of service in all internal and external interactions with customers
Required profile of candidates
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial/global bank context in a CRM role working with high net worth clients in executing client transactions across the business
