- Develop specific work products and lead specific initiatives / sub-projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert and become a trusted advisor to the client.
- Build and cultivate successful client relationships with peer members.
- Assist in developing proposals for submission to prospective clients, prepare selected parts independently.
- Provide support as required to the administration of the management consulting practice (e.g. work on internal projects, support implementing IT tools for administrative support)
