Senior Legal Counsel - Real Estate Development

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a fast growing real estate investment and development company in the UAE known for its innovative projects and commitment to excellence. With a portfolio that spans across highprofile developments in residential commercial and mixeduse properties they are now looking to expand their legal team to support their ambitious growth plans.

Lead the contracting process including the drafting reviewing and negotiating of contracts related to purchase agreements leases construction and financing.

Provide strategic legal advice on real estate and construction markets focusing on regulatory compliance risk mitigation and legal implications of various business strategies.

Guide the company through legal processes related to real estate development including SPA drafting attesting and obtaining necessary authority approvals.

Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure legal best practices are integrated into every aspect of the business.

Actively contribute to the legal strategy for projects particularly the ongoing hotel project ensuring smooth launch and sales processes.

Support the company s expansion in Dubai and potential future regions adapting legal strategies to align with growth.

Requirements

Extensive experience in the UAE/GCC region preferably in real estate development & investment company construction or brokerage.

Knowledgeable about luxury and highcost real estate markets.

Fluent in English and Arabic with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

A strong understanding of local regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.

Demonstrated ability in interpersonal communication and management.

Familiarity with UAE Federal AML CTF and CPF legislation.

Ability to join within a 1month notice period.
