Job Description

- Candidates must be 3-6 PQE
- They must have good technical knowledge of limited partnership agreements and negotiation points on fund investments.
- They should be well-versed in Funds Docs, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private Funds and have experience in establishing funds in ADGM, DIFC, LUXEMBOURG, GUERNSEY, CAYMAN ISLANDS.
- Experience in hedge funds and M&A is beneficial, but a comprehensive understanding of private funds and negotiations with investors is preferred.
- The firm is particularly interested in lawyers who are based in London, New York, or Luxembourg but strong lawyers from other jurisdictions are also encouraged to apply.
