Responsibilities:
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
• Ensure employees are aware and follow the information Security Rules and data security measures to protect the company information / intellectual properties.
• Collaborate with DDWD Departments to analyze training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans and schedules.
• Develop training modules’ materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.
• Deliver training to all required parties up to DDWD/ TTM standards.
• Assess and evaluate training in accordance with module and department standards.
• Trade test new employees up to the required standards.
• Record and communicate training results to concerned departments.
• Mentor Trainees where requested.
