- Process payroll transactions accurately and on time, including salary, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement contributions, and other relevant deductions.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, handling related paperwork, orientation, and introductions to company policies.
- Prepare, communicate, and manage comprehensive, competitive job offers, ensuring they meet both organisational and candidate needs.
- Manage visa application processes for employees, guaranteeing timely submissions and approvals.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders in developing and implementing compensation plans.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry salary trends and benefits, providing insights for competitive offer packages.
- Assist in enhancing employee engagement and managing employee relations, keeping abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
