- Manage visa application processes for employees, guaranteeing timely submissions and approvals.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders in developing and implementing compensation plans.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry salary trends and benefits, providing insights for competitive offer packages.
- Assist in enhancing employee engagement and managing employee relations, keeping abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
