Job Description
Education and basic skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or related field. Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration may be preferred.
Practical experience:
Typically at least 5-7 years of experience in the field of human resources and data analysis.
Preference for experience working with human resources management systems (HRMS) and their applications.
Technical and analytical skills:
Proficiency in basic data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and database management systems.
Strong analytical skills to understand big data and use it to improve administrative processes and decision making.
