Job description

Being a core member of the Marketing Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the turnover and profitability of lifestyle consumer electronics in the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional marketing strategy of the category

Ensure successful new product introduction in the region and countries.

Gather market insight, understand the competitive environment.

Implement channel and pricing strategy to gain market share.

Contribute to new product development by anticipating market trends and changing customer needs.

Life cycle management of product portfolio from product introduction

Utilize data to extract larger stories, and make strategic marketing recommendations to leadership

Responsible for architecting, managing and delivering holistic customer strategy against aggressive business targets, growth and profitability objectives

Deliver strategic recommendations on how this budget is optimized on ongoing basis

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in marketing or business disciplines

Minimum 5 to 7 years of solid marketing / product marketing experience preferably coming from the consumer electronics/Consumer goods Industry.

Experience in retail management

Having experience in people management as this role requires the person to hire and manage a team.

Digital capabilities are highly desirable (Marketing 360, ATL/BTL. Automation, CRM, E-commerce, web, SEO/SEM)
