Senior Finance Manager

On behalf of our client we are seeking a dynamic and resultoriented finance individual to lead their UAE operations as a Senior Finance Manager.

Our client is a leading advisory firm (part of an established holdings group) specializing in real estate debt solutions. Headquartered in London the firm is now expanding its operations in Dubai.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in kickstarting their operations in Dubai leveraging their extensive experience in the banking or financial institutions sector within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Spearhead the establishment and growth of the UAE operations with a focus on the real estate and property verticals.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients financial institutions and industry partners.
3. Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver highquality debt advisory services to clients.
4. Analyze and evaluate real estate financing opportunities providing strategic advice and tailored debt solutions.
5. Oversee the structuring and negotiation of loan documentation termsheets and facility letters.
6. Conduct financial modelling and valuations to support decisionmaking and risk assessment processes.
7. Stay updated on market trends regulations and industry developments relevant to real estate debt advisory.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field.
2. CFA/ACCA/CA qualification or similar qualifications is highly preferred.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a bank or financial institution in the UAE with a focus on real estate and property financing.
4. Proven track record in loan documentation termsheets financial modelling and valuations.
5. Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
7. Arabic language proficiency would be advantageous.
