- Mechanical Design:
- Provide in-house mechanical design capabilities to support the various development design programs.
- Design Life Cycle:
- Execute mechanical design and support work throughout the life-cycle of the system under development, including conceptual design, preliminary design, detail design, development, manufacture, production, end-use support, and phase-out/disposal.
- Engineering Calculations:
- Perform precise engineering calculations using theoretical methods and computational simulations to validate and optimize designs.
- Engineering Arrangements:
- Devise, organize, and ensure engineering arrangements and revisions are effectively implemented throughout projects.
- Test Specifications:
- Establish test specifications and procedures to ensure that all design requirements are met during testing and validation phases.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Evaluate the performance of mechanical equipment against set performance requirements, recommending modifications as needed.
- Mentorship:
- Mentor and monitor junior mechanical engineers within the team, providing guidance and technical support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and support technical personnel reporting to your function, ensuring they deliver on their responsibilities as designated by the Lead Engineer
