- Be the CCO’s thinking partner in fulfilling Core42’s goals for the future and the executive leadership team’s growth objectives, including strategy development.
- Evaluate new ideas & business opportunities and conduct relevant analysis & research to support key decisions.
- Manage the operating rhythm for the business in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team and Business Unit / Division Heads to ensure alignment on strategy and goals.
- Lead special strategic projects for the CCO, including planning and delivering their success.
- Drive content creation and briefs for key internal and external meetings/initiatives, such as board meetings and key client interactions.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of Core42’s core business and strategic plan, regularly promoting the CCO’s vision to the broader team to ensure alignment and productivity.
- Execute the CCO’s vision through the management of strategic and high-growth projects that are cross-department and cross-brand.
- Co-ordinate projects or initiatives directly involving the CCO and direct reports.
- Act as a proxy for the CCO, advising key leaders on best practices for getting alignment on decisions.
- Identify ways to improve CCO office’s operational workflow and drive process improvements.
- Facilitate effective co-ordination on best practices, C-suite priorities, stakeholder engagements and board engagement.
