- Optimize the EMEAI service model and identify and restructure existing manufacturing footprint to reduce operation costs and maintain/improve service levels.
- Understand business/division needs and provide short-term solutions with shared assets whilst driving long-term strategies to leverage across all Business Units.
- Create process to evaluate business investments (ROI-based), synergies and value capture opportunities to drive asset utilization and swift action for cost reduction/profitable growth.
- Identify where investments are required to comply with EHS and ERP standards.
- Drive executive committee decisions, stakeholder communication, alignment and priority focus.
