Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, preferably Master's degree.
Broad and deep knowledge of talent acquisition procedures and talent recruitment practices.
Ability to develop talent acquisition strategies that support company goals and achieve competitive differentiation.
Strong analytical and strategic skills in assessing talent needs and directing acquisition strategies.
Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with current employees, potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
Experience in using online recruitment platforms, social media networks and other modern recruitment tools.
