This role involves strategic design leadership project management and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Provide strategic design direction and mentorship to a team of designers ensuring the delivery of highquality and innovative retail shopping mall projects.
• Project Conceptualization: Lead the development of creative and unique design concepts that align with client objectives market trends and the brand identity of each shopping mall.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment encouraging effective communication and ideasharing among team members and other departments.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients understanding their vision and requirements and translating them into actionable design strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail shopping mall design with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication presentation and client engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Familiarity with local and regional design regulations and standards.
