Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert)
Relevante Erfahrungen im Projekt- und Unternehmenscontrolling
Buchhalterisches Verständnis
Erfahrung innerhalb der Immobilienwirtschaft oder einer artverwandten Assetklasse
IT-Affinität, gerne Kenntnisse in z.B. DATEV, COOR, Datawarehouse etc.
Eigenständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
