- To contribute to the administration and enhancement of the compensation and benefits policies, procedures and practices in order to ensure the provision of equitable and competitive pay and benefits to employees that contribute to their motivation and retention.
- To ensure the continuous improvement and alignment of compensation and benefits in order to contribute to the achievement of wider HC initiatives and enhancement programs.
- Contribute to the development of the Reward strategy and road map
- Provide subject matter expertise and analysis for the performance rewards and bonus cycles
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and alignment of compensation and benefits
- Contribution to the performance management cycle
- Administration of payroll and benefits
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all relevant reporting and data analysis requirements
- Support the business and support units and employees
- Ensure data and document accuracy, monitoring and auditing
- Support the human capital team through the sharing of knowledge and information and through contributing to wider HC initiatives as relevant
- Comply with information security policies, procedures and requirements at all times
