- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement, engineering, or finance.
- CIPS or other relevant certifications.
- UAE National or Arabic Speaker
- Strong background in procurement category management (facility management, construction, and fit-out categories).
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- Expertise in category planning, spend analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record in managing procurement categories and achieving cost savings.
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes, regulations, and industry trends.
- Experience in managing procurement projects from initiation to completion.
