Food & Beverage Captain adds a layer of accountability, support and knowledge for less-experienced employees and holds a section in the Restaurant.
- Working as a peer of the service staff
- Responsible for the training, coordination and details that result in a smooth meal service
Special Requirements
- Minimum 1 year as a Server in a luxury 5 star hotel
- Strong guest service experience
- Ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast paced environment
- Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment
- Excellent ability to read and speak and write English.
- Knowledge of International language is an added advantage
