Senior Bilingual Corporate

Key responsibilities for this position include advising on complex mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and providing comprehensive legal opinions. The candidate should be a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally within the Middle East. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must, along with a high degree of academic achievement, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of business development. The ability to work independently, coupled with a 'can do' attitude and a commitment to professional growth in the Middle East, is highly valued. Experience in drafting pitches and proposal documents and delivering legal training would also be advantageous.
