• • Audit Execution: Plan and lead ISO 9001 or industry-specific quality audits to evaluate project processes and subcontractor performance.
  • QMS Compliance: Ensure alignment with international standards like ASTM ISO and API.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Identify defects manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior inspectors and report critical quality key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

• • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical or Quality Management).
  • Certifications: Certified IRCA or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor with additional credentials like ASQ or CSWIP often preferred.
  • Experience: Typically 10 to 20 years of cumulative quality control and assurance experience heavily weighted in sectors like Oil & Gas EPC or major civil construction.
