Job Description

  • Organizational:
  • Follow all relevant Rewards policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Operational:
  • Implement activities under minimal supervision
  • Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner
  • Collect and analyze data for the periodic audit of different countries and companies to ensure that all compensation practices are in compliance with group policy
  • Conduct frequent audits on the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision and provide recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of the group’s salary practices
  • Analyze statistical data and reports and generate summaries to the CHRO
  • Coordinate with Regional HR Managers to ensure data and information accuracy
  • Develop appropriate tools to facilitate data storage and transfer (excel files)
  • Participate in salary and benefits surveys for different countries and analyze the Group’s alignment with market trends
  • Participate in the development of the job evaluation scheme
  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure that the difference in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so
  • Consolidate the Performance Appraisal financial results for Management
  • Champion the coordination with other Specialists in the HR Team
  • Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • A Master's degree in Analytics or a similar principle
  • A Minimum of 5 years experience of which at least 2 years must be in rewards consulting
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Expertise in Rewards Function, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
  • Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools - Power Bi
  • Experience in Project Leadership
  • Retail Industry Knowledge
