Senior Architect

• Provide support coordinating design, technical and administrative activities in the execution of transit, and other public and private sector projects
• Work in tight coordination with the rail design team to schedule, implement, and coordinate all aspects of architectural services from design to construction documents in compliance with office and client standards
• Lead and coordinate architectural work with engineering disciplines both in-house and with consultants
• Attend client presentation and progress meetings to communicate design intent and technical details
• Assist in, prepare and coordinate architectural details with other architectural team members for consistency with project design intent and office/client standards
• Perform project setup, drawing layout, modifications, and reviews within Revit
• Assist in the preparation of work effort estimates of architectural services for proposals
• Provide regular updates with project managers for schedule and budget compliance for architectural services
• Assist in the coordination of projects with multidiscipline teams of architects, engineers, and consultants for public and private clients
• Develop solutions to complex technical problems

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years experience in transit / rail and metros
• Proven related professional experience in transit architecture Practice particularly with Rail assets
• Experience of working on large scale projects including site experience particularly with Rail assets
