Senior Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, or related roles within real estate.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency in using Excel and financial software tools for complex analysis is essential.

Excellent knowledge of real estate finance, investment analysis, and valuation techniques, with a proven track record of successful portfolio optimization.

Solid understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and economic indicators relevant to RE investments.

Experience in conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts and insights to clients and stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Professional certifications such as MRICS are advantageous.
