Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Accountant with construction industry experience to manage project accounting financial reporting budgeting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements management reports and MIS.
- Manage general ledger project accounts cost centres and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting.
- Monitor project costs cash flow retentions bank guarantees and performance bonds.
- Handle accounts payable receivable reconciliations and payment tracking.
- Prepare budgets forecasts and project financial analyses.
- Ensure VAT and IFRS compliance maintain financial controls and coordinate audits.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CMA preferred.
- 8 Years experience including 5 years Construction industry accounting experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting WIP VAT and IFRS.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP accounting systems.
