Senior Account Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understand their needs and serve as the primary point of contact.
  
• Develop strategic advertising and marketing plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  
• Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns ensure they are delivered on time within budget and aligned with client expectations.
  
• Lead account teams provide guidance and direction to account managers and coordinators and foster a collaborative working environment.
  
• Identify new business opportunities pitch agency services to prospective clients and expand the agencys client base.
  
• Manage project budgets track expenses and ensure profitability for both the agency and clients.
  
• Brief the creative team on client objectives provide clear direction and ensure that creative work aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
  
• Monitor campaign performance analyze data and metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  
• Address client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner and proactively find solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance and maintain a competitive edge for clients.
  

Requirements

• 5 years of account management experience with creative agencies
  
• Affinity and passion for cars with prior experience in managing accounts within the automotive industry
  
• Relevant experience in the UAE market
  
• Proven experience managing Account Executives
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Strong operational skills capable of managing a team and handling fastpaced client requests
  
• Strategic confident and adept at leading senior client conversations
  
• Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus
