ESM is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position of Sales Executive to join our dynamic and friendly team who is poised for exponential
Job Purpose:
To handle new accounts and leads to maximize revenues and ensure all processes and systems are being ;
To support relevant departments to ensure a high level of customer service is
Key Objectives:
Meet new and existing customers to introduce our business, inventory and sales opportunities
Maximize and convert sales leads of specialized area
Deliver high levels of customer service to retain clients
Ensure customer accounts are up to date in real time on relevant IT systems
Ensure all electronic booking and sales networks are up to date and stock is visible for sale
Basic knowledge on all other sales areas to be able to handle all incoming enquiries via web, app and

Requirements
Desired Qualifications:
Degree in Business, sales and Marketing, or any other qualification related to the field
Desired Experience:
Proven experience in a sales related field with administration and customer service responsibilities
Background in sports and events industry
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
High Level IT skills including using a CRM system
Customer service and relationship management skills
Willingness to learn
Time management
General understanding of sports
Confidence and ability to develop relationships
Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting
Sales skills and training
Problem solving & Conflict resolution
