Security Officer

The Honey Do Service, Inc. is actively seeking to add an experienced Estimator to our team in the Knoxville, TN area. Our ideal candidate will have excellent skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor electrical and plumbing.

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

Preconstruction communications, including plans & specifications

Maintaining organization

Making site visits as required

Pull permits as required

Prepare estimates

Establish & maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of Estimator experience at minimum

Ability to perform carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor electrical and plumbing

Own standard set of tools to perform the aforementioned trades

Valid drivers license

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to pass a background check with no felony offenses and drug screen
