Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Monitor surveillance systems, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems
• Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner
• Monitor personnel access areas such as exits and entrances
• Manage security personnel including hiring, training, scheduling, and providing feedback
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Investigate suspicious activities or violations of policy
• Prepare reports on security activities or incidents
