Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all staff members are well presented at all times – Uniforms / Name Badges /Appearance;
• Ensure that all contract staff sickness, absence and holidays are reported in line with company procedures;
• Provide quality control support in terms of operation process, resolution time, and reduction in the number of business partner complaints
• Diagnose the problem providing technical reports to the Facilities Manager and advise rectification.
• Ensure that implementation is as per the technical standards and manufacturer’s recommendation and buildup history for the electrical plants to avoid any recurring problem with the mechanical and electrical plants
• Ensure all staff are following the SOP’s for all their respective tasks;
