- The Security Strategy is agreed and implemented in partnership with the client and other stakeholders to reduce security threats/risk and ensure that the clients assets are always protected.
- The Security Strategy and Plans are functional and up to always date.
- The selected service providers are managed carefully using agreed SLAs and KPls.
- All training needs are identified and processed promptly and are undertaken at the appropriate time. 5. Performance Agreements, interim and main reviews are undertaken within the set timescale.
