- Develop and implement a comprehensive security monitoring program, aligned with industry best practices and government regulations.
- Design and configure security monitoring tools and technologies, including SIEM, EDR, and network traffic analysis solutions.
- Analyse security alerts and events, identify potential threats, and escalate incidents according to defined procedures.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain situational awareness of the evolving threat landscape and advise on appropriate security measures.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on security posture and monitoring activities to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the security monitoring program.
