This is a remote position.
This is a fully remote position for South African Citizens.
You will provide regular reports that provide observations, recommendations and actions to help our customers improve their video operations and marketing activities.
Predominantly, you will assess our customer's activity on large video channels like YouTube and use various public and proprietary tools to pull and asses data.
You will track video performance, benchmark, assess content and identify new opportunities for our customers to pursue.
You will also work closely with marketing departments to provide industry video insights and analysis
You will support the product team as they look to develop our insight products further
What You'll Need To Succeed
Strong analytical skills and strategic acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of YouTube and video marketing
And other social channels - Facebook and Instagram
Comfortable cleaning and preparing data from large data sets
Experience utilising data and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Qualtrics or similar
Experience with Google Analytics
Proficiency with coding languages such as PYTHON, SQL (Role primarily requires SQL)
Strong presentation skills
Useful Experience
Relevant work experience in data and trend analysis
Experience using scraping technologies and API s to pull data
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Comfortable working with automation tools such as Zapier, Segment.
