• Act as the point of contact for the Managing Director.
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Managing the Director's day-to-day calendar, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls and prioritizing appointments where appropriate.
• Maintaining records and any other company documents.
• Booking and arranging Business travel, transport and accommodation.
• Escalate relevant information to the Director as needed.
• Liaison with other functions as and when required (e.g. Accounts Team, Production Team).
