Job Description
Education and Experience: An educational degree in maintenance or engineering (mechanical, electrical, or agricultural) is advantageous. Practical experience in agricultural maintenance is an advantage.
Knowledge of agricultural equipment: Strong working knowledge of various types of equipment used on farms, such as agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, and ventilation and heating systems.
Technical skills: Ability to diagnose faults and perform preventive and repair maintenance of agricultural equipment and devices.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure: Ability to handle a changing schedule and adapt to emergency maintenance needs in agriculture.
