Job Description
Academic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or similar field. Advanced certifications or higher degrees in engineering or production management may be preferred.
Experience: Practical experience in the polymer industry or related chemical industries. The experience required may typically range from at least 3 to 5 years.
Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of polymer manufacturing processes and the chemical processes associated with the production of superabsorbent polymers.
Knowledge of processes and equipment: Extensive knowledge of equipment used in the polymer industry, and the ability to make modifications and improvements to production processes.
