Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a Technical Engineering discipline or Journeymen status with minimum of 5 years manufacturing
  

• Machinist/CNC Background
  
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role in maintenance within a manufacturing
  
• Manufacturing and or skilled trades supervisory experience in an union
  
• Computer proficiency, including a strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  
• Independently manage a workload consisting of long-term projects and unplanned day-to-day priorities
  
• Understands the impact of each decision throughout the

• Engineering degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing
  
• Formal training on RSLogix, PLC-5, Control Logics, Allen Bradley Drive Systems, machine installation, robotic automation and application

• Demonstrated understanding of Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing concept
  
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, preventive and predictive maintenance systems, and condition monitoring and fixed time maintenance strategie
  
• Knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  
• Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM), World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and continuous improvement experience
  
• Able to draft, design, and build prints for various application
