Sculpture Artists

• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and develop ideas for glass/crystal and metal sculptures considering clients preferences specifications and project requirements.
  
• Utilize a variety of techniques and materials including glassblowing casting welding and metal fabrication to create sculptures that showcase creativity craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  
• Work with precision and accuracy to sculpt shape and assemble glass/crystal and metal components into cohesive and aesthetically pleasing artworks.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices when working with glass metals and other materials ensuring a safe and secure working environment for yourself and others.
  
• Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the production process inspecting finished pieces for flaws imperfections and adherence to design specifications.
  
• Collaborate with artisans and craftsmen to refine techniques troubleshoot challenges and optimize production workflows for efficiency and consistency.
  
• Stay updated on emerging trends techniques and technologies in sculpture and artistry incorporating new ideas and innovations into your work.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients project managers and other team members to provide updates on project progress address concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Assist with the installation display and presentation of sculptures at client sites events exhibitions and galleries as needed.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace including tools equipment and materials to facilitate a productive and creative work environment.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sculpture Artist specializing in glass/crystal and metal works with a portfolio showcasing your artistic skills creativity and craftsmanship.
  
• Proficiency in a variety of sculpture techniques including glassblowing glass casting metal casting welding forging and fabrication.
  
• Strong understanding of design principles aesthetics and composition with the ability to interpret client concepts and translate them into visually striking artworks.
  
• Excellent manual dexterity and handeye coordination with the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for working with glass metals and related materials ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
  
• Effective communication skills both verbal and visual to collaborate with team members clients and stakeholders throughout the design and production process.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities project requirements and client preferences while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
  
• A bachelors degree or equivalent education/training in fine arts sculpture or a related field is preferred but not required.
  
• Passion for art creativity and craftsmanship with a dedication to producing exceptional works of art that inspire and captivate audiences.
