. Were looking for a Designer to join the Brand Maker Studio team at Snap! As a member of the Brand Maker Studio team you will be instrumental in building the Snapchat brand and crafting bestinclass marketing materials for a wide range of audiences that help celebrate our latest products features and company developments.
The Brand Maker Studio team is a diverse crew of artists makers writers and designers. But first and foremost we are creatives. We prioritize craft drive and above all else ideas. We represent one of the worlds most innovative companies and serve an engaged global community so we aim to inspire them with every project no matter the size.
What youll do:
- Develop and define our brand and design systems across each of our active markets.
- Support senior creative(s) in the development and execution of high priority projects from start to finish.
- Support a diverse mix of internal and external partners to create bestinclass marketing campaigns across a wide range of verticals disciplines and markets.
- Ideate and execute new creative ways to visually communicate new products features and company developments to the world.
- Help to grow develop and define the teams creative culture.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Able to think conceptually and transition creative ideas into thoughtful and well crafted design work.
- Present and sell through your teams creative work in compelling and effective ways to a large cross functional team and executive stakeholders.
- Manage ambiguity in a fastpaced environment and have the ability to make quick highquality decisions based on evolving project needs and creative goals.
- Work in a clear and thoughtful manner and be able to articulate the strategic thinking behind your creative process.
- Have a deep understanding of design and marketing processes.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work autonomously with strong time management skills.
- Have a passion for storytelling through design.
- Highly curious and interested in exploring and discovering new creative formats that help drive business impact.
- Selfdriven kind eager to learn and goaloriented.
- Manage and nurture collaborative working relationships with cross functional stakeholders across varying verticals disciplines and markets.
- Handson creative with demonstrable experience working as a designer (inhouse freelance or agency)
- Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem
- Proficient working with Keynote and Figma
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience working in design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specific expertise in After Effects Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to read/write in Arabic
- Experience working in a Google Docs lead project environment a plus
- Frame.io knowledge a plus
