Are you a seasoned Design Scheduler with a knack for coordinating multiple tasks, balancing priorities, and managing deadlines? We are in search of a dynamic professional to join our team as a Permanent Design Scheduler. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design scheduling, client scheduling, and creative project management. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Design Scheduler, you will be responsible for the following

  • Managing and overseeing the scheduling of all design projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with the design team and clients to establish project timelines and milestones.
  • Utilizing advanced Excel and Smartsheets to maintain and update project schedules.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure all aspects of each project are in sync.
  • Identifying potential scheduling conflicts and providing solutions to mitigate any issues.
  • Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to the schedule as needed.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the status of design projects.
  • Assisting in the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the design team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in design scheduling, client scheduling, and creative project management.
  • Proficiency in using advanced Excel and Smartsheets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential scheduling conflicts and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate project timelines and updates to stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • A proactive approach to work with the ability to anticipate potential issues and take necessary action to prevent them.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
