- Develop and implement design plans for scaffolding and formwork, focusing on safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology developments in scaffolding and formwork, and recommend methods to improve construction project outcomes.
- Oversee the production of detailed scaffolding & formwork drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to the Sales team during discussions with clients.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and correct installation of scaffolding & formwork.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying potential savings and implementing cost-saving measures.
