Job Description
Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field; Project Management Certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum, Agile framework exposure & relevant Agile project delivery experience is required
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 15+ years IT Experience, including 10+ years demonstrated experience in successful delivery of medium to large scale SAP projects (implementation, rollouts and upgrades); experience with projects in multiple technologies with a clear SAP focus and integration. Candidate should have a good hands-on experience on project delivery using Waterfall, Agil & Hybrid model as necessary.
Personal characteristics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, mentoring Strong attention to detail skills. Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style. Good verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively document procedures. 5 Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelors / Master s Degree or the equivalent in Computer Engineering, computer Science or a related field
